#QurbShot Take Control This Holiday Review

Not only are there a thousand dieting products available for purchase these days, but there are a ton of energy drinks available which have become insanely popular and for all ages.  I have to be honest, I am one of those people who absolutely loves to drink these for the boost of energy on my sluggish days.  I hate relying on these though because I know they are usually packed full of (sorry to say it) sh!t which is terrible for you!

I was super happy when recently asked to give the opportunity to review a new weight management shot called Qurb.  They sent me over several bottles of their shot to give it a good try and last me through the holidays.  With Thanksgiving just past us and Christmas on it's way, I figured I could use all the help I could get.

With only 20 calories in each 3 ounce bottle, you can boost your energy and reduce your appetite without packing your body full of calories just to fill yourself temporarily.  Qurb is made with Fibersol®2 (a low viscosity, soluble dietary fiber), Green Coffee Bean Extract, B6 and B12 vitamins.  There is a little bit of caffeine as a heads up but "just enough Caffeine to give you get an energy boost without the jitters" as the website suggests.

It contains no gluten, artificial colors, and only an all natural sweetener - Stevia.  I unfortunately have to tell you I thought they had only an OK flavor.  The after taste was a bit funky and that's the best way I can describe it.  I am sure this is because of the Stevia as most any time I drink something with Stevia in it, I experience this type of after taste.  I have been drinking a bottle in the morning with breakfast (as there are a few different ways to use this product).

I felt almost refreshed but not necessarily energized and had no jitters whatsoever.  I did notice a reduction in my appetite however it wasn't an extreme one so I felt like this was a very reasonable dieting program.  I can't wait to take this on our yearly trip down south to visit my in-laws.  I usually overeat there a ton with my MIL's amazing cooking and come back feeling horrid.  This way I will be starting the new year more refreshed than previous years and a bit lighter all around.

Available to purchase/Cost:  $37.94 Total ($29.99 + $7.95 S/H)- 12/3 oz Bottles
Recommendation:  I think this price is average when you can find most energy shots for around 2/$5 and this puts them at a little over $3 each.  The deals only get better when you buy in bulk. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a subtle approach.
