  6. Yes, I have and I love clay cooking for meats. It keeps a meatloaf moist and roasts chicken like a miracle. I only have one small oval roaster in clay, though. I need a big MEC pot like this one so I can try stews and other things cooked in clay.

  10. I've cooked things like whole fish that were *packed* in clay, but I've never cooked in a clay pot before. I'd have to do a little Google research before deciding what to cook.

  11. I have never cooked with clay before.. pretty much everything but clay. I would love to try it with a chili. That seems so crazy for this time of year, but it has been so rainy and cold that I'm hungry for chili!
