Beach Road Designs Beach Sheet Review and #Giveaway

When I was younger we used to camp at least two times a month.  It is one of my favorite childhood memories and honestly one of the only quality times we had spent as a family.  The boys are finally at the age where they can get active in sports, camping, and taking trips to the beach.  Our Summers are perfect for the beach, pool and water park trips.  And our Falls are perfect for trips to the playground, tailgating, camping and bonfire weather.

Wyndham Playhouse Square Encore Restaurant Cleveland, Ohio

#WyndhamWeekends #WyndhamCLE
Because of my extensive background in restaurants, I consider myself both the best guest to have at your table or bar because of how understanding I am of the day to day restaurant life as well as the most critical when it comes to certain parts of the experience.  Let me start by saying none of these time frames are an exaggeration as we actually times everything because of how it even started from the beginning.

#WyndhamWeekends #WyndhamCLE
I recently visited the Wyndham hotel in Cleveland Playhouse Square with one of my long time friends.  We needed a weekend away from the kids and husbands and the Playhouse Square was definitely the place to go.  After hearing about the "recent multi-million dollar renovation", we were more than just excited.  We were pumped for some spoiling and time where everything would be within walking distance.

Monday

Market Garden Brewery - Cleveland, OH #Ad

The Market Garden Brewery
It is no secret to my readers, we are big entertainers and quite the partiers in my household.  We are also very big on beer and over the last couple years have become more seasoned drinkers.  I find myself drawn to micro-brews a lot more frequently than any of your big name brew companies.

The Corner Alley Restaurant - Cleveland, Ohio #Ad

As many of you may know I used to work in the restaurant industry as a training manager.  It was a great experience and I truly loved what I did each day.  My reason for telling you all this is that a lot of people do not understand what it takes to be in the hospitality industry.  It is so much more than just cooking food and serving people in a clean establishment.  You must create an experience for others.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - Cleveland, OH #Ad

Rock Hall
I have always been a very musically motivated person throughout my life (although not talented in any way).  From a young age, I would fall asleep and stay soundly asleep to the strangest songs (Metallica Black Album).  When completing different tasks around the house like cleaning or even homework and studying, I always find myself much more motivated and focused when music is playing around me.

When I first met my husband it was quite exciting to find not only did he share the same love but he was actually very musically talented.  He had produced a CD in his early 20's as the lead singer in a band and was very dependent on surrounding himself with music as well!  All these things said, we have always found a way to incorporate music into our whole families life.

So when I was told I would have the opportunity to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame + Museum, I was beyond thrilled!  "Explore the past, present, and future of rock music and culture."  Kevin wasn't too jealous of my trip to Ohio until he found out this would be on my itinerary!  The RRHOF is a constantly updating museum where you can be sure to find your favorite legends as well as the latest trends!

I was pretty excited to visit this unique place which has influenced my generation as those before me so tremendously!  From the unique exterior to the endless exhibits inside, you can find yourself lost in history for hours.  Being one of those people who actually finds zero interest in most museums or historical facts, I found this place special.

Being from Michigan, I was thrilled to spend a lot of my time in the Cities and Sounds section, reading all about Detroit - Dancin' in the Streets 1962-1971!  I also loved the 2014 Inductee Exhibit being that included a few names from my generation finally which I recognized and even still listen to!

Besides the endless exhibits, the shopping, films and live performances, there are even free night school seminars, where you can learn the history in even more detail.  The trip there was almost overwhelming!  I felt as though there wasn't enough time in the weekend to see everything the museum had to offer!

Entry Cost: General admission - $22 Adults (13+)
$13 Children (9-12)
FREE Children (8 and Under)
Parking: $8 Great Lakes Science Center Parking Structure (Discounted from $10 for RRHOF guests)
Recommendation:  I definitely recommend visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame if you are in or around Cleveland.  This may be a bit more entertaining for adults rather than children.  So keep in mind you will either want to schedule several short trips or plan for a babysitter if you've got young ones.  I thought it was definitely a place I'd love to visit more frequently!

Greater Cleveland Aquarium - Cleveland, Ohio #Ad

Aquarium's have always held a special place in my heart for several reasons.  The biggest being one of them was the location of my first date with Alana.  When Kevin and I first started dating, it obviously took a while for me to meet Alana and as luck would have it, the major city we were in was just opening their first Aquarium.  So off we went on what would be our first memorable mother and daughter moment!

Great Lakes Science Center - Cleveland, OH #Ad

I have realized this past summer as my boys are both getting older, we need to be spending more and more time working with them on early educational lessons throughout the Summer. It is so important to me that my kids find interesting and fun way to learn.  I truly believe this is the age where you set the education expectations for your children for their entire life.  They will either enjoy learning and work hard to get through any obstacles or they will continuously struggle and get discouraged throughout these obstacles.

Anatomie Style Clothing Review

Okay, as much as I love being that go to person for product recommendations - I am not into shopping for clothes.  I spend so much time at home (and in all honest in yoga pants), that I prefer doing my shopping online.  I do think I have style but it is just very different shopping for myself than say my teenage daughter.
